• Develop and execute strategic plan for selling memberships and solutions within an assigned prospect pool
• Drive revenue growth in territory or member pool through acquisition of new members, prioritizing multi-year large scale contracts

• Leverage PHM’s established pipeline to close substantial new business in your first year, setting the standard for urgency and execution.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish PHM as the premier solution in High Acuity Patient Guidance.
• Personally lead prospecting, pitching, and closing efforts with key accounts, modeling the drive and discipline expected from the team.
• Recruit, build, and scale a high-performing sales team on top of the current team in place with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
• Implement disciplined pipeline management and forecasting to ensure predictable and sustainable revenue performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Product leadership to align go-to-market execution with overall business goals.
• Represent PHM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a trusted advisor and front-line leader.

• Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing ongoing reporting and demonstrating the value of PHM services for their population
• Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to drive continued engagement and deepen client relationships
• Drive member engagement in our services through strategic engagement strategies and potential integrations within client benefit ecosystems
• Materially grow Health Solutions revenue by serving as the PHM expert in new client pursuits and identifying opportunities to expand services to existing clients
• Assess effectiveness of current programs, analyze utilization, understand client health plans and benefits strategy, and advise on adoption of PHM programs designed to improve clinical outcomes while managing costs

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to captive organizations, with an emphasis on uncovering new opportunities to expand to their member companies.
• Identify, cultivate, and close expansion opportunities within existing captive structures.
• Act as a subject matter expert during, especially with captive insurers and self-insured employers, showcasing PHM’s differentiated value proposition.
• Develop and implement strategies to integrate PHM services into client benefit ecosystems, driving member engagement and measurable outcomes.
• Provide clear reporting and insights that demonstrate PHM’s value and reinforce opportunities for further adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical resources to deliver on growth objectives and strengthen long-term client relationships.

• Proactively support and assess the clients’ care needs through direct communication, ensuring personalized and timely assistance.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers as a vital member of the client&apos;s care team, leveraging PHM&apos;s resources to deliver optimal care solutions.
• Kick off client engagements. From welcome email to a seamless registration completion, you’ll set the tone for each engagement.
• Facilitate scheduling and billing support by collaborating with physician offices and coordinating services including concierge nursing and molecular profiling companies.
• Take ownership of all details related to client meetings, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and completion of action items.
• Partner with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes.
