About the role
- Support various Regions as a Senior Director, CoMan.
- Manage strategic relationships with contract manufacturing partners.
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy.
- Foster collaborative partnerships for cost efficiencies and performance enhancement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external manufacturers.
- Provide end-to-end supply chain oversight.
- Resolve complex operational issues across production conversion, quality management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Support innovation initiatives and on-time execution of new product launches.
- Lead monthly business performance reviews and implement operational excellence initiatives across the contract manufacturing network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
- Project Management and change management skill development needed.
- Up to 50% travel.
- Ability to reside in and support either, Florida, Canada/Northeast or Texas/Michigan/California Region(s)
- Analytical, Problem solving, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Supplier Relationship Management, Project Management, Financial Acumen, Negotiation skills.
