About the role
- Lead and manage delivery of programs against the compliance requirements
- Provide guidance on design and solutioning with focus on balancing efficiency, compliance, and the organization’s commitments
- Manage and report on risks and issues, working to put in place appropriate mitigation measures with business approval
- Create tools or templates to aid in the efficient delivery of compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of program/project management work experience in regulatory, compliance in health plan or medical is required
- Experience translating complex regulatory language into clear, actionable business requirements
- Business requirements documentation and transition is needed
- Formal project management training and/or certifications preferred (PMP, Agile, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, Change Management, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Visio, MS Project
