About the role
- Manage and develop our Recruitment Support Officer, ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Act as our in-house head-hunter, identifying and onboarding top-tier talent across the UK using LinkedIn, job boards and other Recruitment methods.
- Enhance our employer brand through social media, Glassdoor, and EVP initiatives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from job adverts to interviews and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Develop new attraction strategies, interview frameworks, and agency relationships.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and support workforce planning.
Requirements
- ✅ Proven experience in recruitment management or senior talent acquisition roles.
- ✅ Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.
- ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- ✅ Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
- ✅ Experience with recruitment systems, social media strategy, and agency management.
- ✅ A proactive, strategic mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
