Producer

• Lead and manage assigned projects from post-kickoff through final closeout, adhering to TH's policies, processes, and client service standards.
• Serve as the primary production point of contact for your assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all workstreams at every phase: pre-production, build, load-in, event, reconciliation, and closeout.
• Provide solution recommendations that are on-strategy, executable within timeline and budget, and deliver the best possible outcome for the client.
• Manage relationships with fabrication shops directly — spec builds, review and interpret drawings independently, and drive QC at every stage from first sample through final delivery.
• Pull and manage permits independently across multiple markets, including street closures, fire marshal approvals, venue-specific requirements, and health and safety compliance.
• Run load-ins and strikes independently, managing freight, trucking coordination, and labor from planning through execution.
• Spec and manage technical production requirements independently across power, rigging, AV, lighting, and interactive or digital elements.
• Own project budgets independently from first estimate through final reconciliation, hitting the designated profit margin on every project.
• Manage client relationships independently on event day and through pre-production — clients should feel confident and informed without needing to escalate.
• Collaborate with Operations to track projects through the TH process, with all systems current and budgets tracked in real time.

Senior Producer

• Support the production team in managing assigned projects from kickoff through event day and closeout, following TH's processes, templates, and quality standards
• Own your assigned workstreams — tracking tasks, hitting deadlines, and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of status and any changes
• Attend all internal project meetings, take accurate notes, distribute action items, and follow up on open items without being asked
• Coordinate logistics across multiple project workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as timelines shift and priorities evolve
• Communicate proactively — flag potential issues before they become problems, and bring solutions alongside them
• Travel to events as required, supporting on-site execution alongside the production team
• Work directly alongside fabrication shops and the production team on assigned build projects — understanding what's being constructed, how it's being built, and what it should cost
• Review drawings and spec sheets with guidance from a Senior Producer, asking the right questions and learning to read them independently over time
• Support the permitting process on assigned projects — gathering required documentation, tracking approval timelines, and coordinating with venues and municipalities under Senior Producer direction
• Support load-in and strike operations under Senior Producer direction — managing assigned logistics tasks, coordinating crew and BAs, and following the run-of-show with precision
• Maintain and update the production budget in real time throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the team always has a current picture of spend
• Create and maintain all standard production documents using approved TH templates: production timelines, run-of-show, production schedules, vendor contact sheets, and staff manuals
• Represent TH Experiential professionally in client interactions — status calls, onsite check-ins, and written updates — under the oversight of a Senior Producer

Business Development Rep

• Own the full top-of-funnel new business motion: prospecting, outbound, qualification, discovery, and opportunity creation.
• Build and maintain a target account list of major brands and agencies aligned with TH Experiential’s creative strengths and ideal client profile.
• Generate qualified meetings through outbound campaigns, networking, referrals, industry events, and account-based marketing.
• Carry an annual revenue/bookings number and consistently deliver against pipeline and win-rate targets.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract, partnering with the creative and production teams on proposals and pitches.
• Lead pursuit strategy on key opportunities: discovery, scoping, pricing strategy, proposal narrative, and close plan.
• Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data in HubSpot and Podio; provide reliable forecasts and weekly pipeline updates to leadership.
• Partner with Marketing/Growth on campaigns, segmented outreach, and content that supports active pursuits.
• Analyze market trends, brand spend signals, and competitive activity to identify high-value opportunities.
• Develop point-of-view materials and tailored outreach that demonstrate understanding of each brand’s business and category.
• Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers at major brands as well as creative and PR agencies.
• Represent TH Experiential at industry events, conferences, and category gatherings to build presence and pipeline.
• Partner with TH’s creative and production teams to translate client needs into compelling, scoped proposals.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations and Head of Production on deal structure, margin targets, and feasibility.
• Hand off won business cleanly to the Client Lead and project teams with documented context, scope, and success criteria.
• Contribute to the company’s sales playbook, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement of the new business motion.

Business Development Lead

• Build and manage a targeted pipeline across outbound, referrals, dormant past clients, and reactivation efforts
• Own top-of-funnel strategy, including ICP definition, qualification criteria, and outreach prioritization
• Develop and execute account plans for priority prospects and key growth accounts
• Lead and shape early-stage client conversations to uncover needs and position solutions
• Lead introductory calls, qualification discussions, and early commercial conversations
• Own follow-up discipline after meaningful interactions, including documented next steps, due dates, and CRM updates within 24 hours
• Drive opportunity momentum through proposal and decision stages, especially when deals stall
• Partner with marketing, strategy, creative, and operations on account segmentation, list readiness, nurture strategy, and reporting hygiene
• Ensure clean internal handoffs with full context, history, and clearly defined next steps
• Lead 30/60/90-day post-event business development outreach to identify new work
• Work with Executive team on strategic re-engagement for priority accounts
• Surface and synthesize commercial signals, market feedback, and category opportunities that can translate into pipeline and revenue
• Maintain and improve CRM workflows, pipeline tracking, and reporting accuracy

Designer

• Collaborate on RFP Development by crafting compelling spatial proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice
• Translate creative briefs into actionable, fabrication-ready spatial designs, including floorplans and elevations
• Develop design concepts and related visuals through concept sketching and floor plan development, elevation drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, etc
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings using SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D
• 3D experience design including attendee journeys and value engineering all activation touchpoints
• Create consumer flow charts highlighting event and guest flow throughout developed spaces
• Manage fabrication and print vendor relations, handling troubleshooting and negotiations as needed
• Review all material sample finishes and QC creative execution
• Create decor + graphics packages for live programs, including sourcing event elements and mapping out suggested signage placement/materials/sizing
• Collaborate with production teams, creative directors, and fabricators to ensure design feasibility and budget adherence
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations to ensure design accuracy and highest creative execution
• Post-events, participate in key learnings and their integration into future projects

Senior 3D Experiential Designer

Art Director

• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated experiential campaigns that push creative boundaries and meet client objectives.
• Champion and evolve the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals, cultural relevance, and innovative execution.
• Guide cross-functional teams of 2D designers, 3D spacial designers, motion graphic designers, and strategists through the creative process with clarity, inspiration, and decisiveness.
• Serve as a senior creative partner and trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insight and inspiring confidence through every phase of a project.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, business development, and production leads to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment.
