About the role

  • Act as first point of contact for Italian and Spanish customers across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding credit agreements, account status, and product features
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases to second-line or technical teams
  • Manage complaints ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and ensure written cases are handled within SLAs
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product and other cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • Stay informed about product updates, regulatory changes and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably within a fintech, digital bank, or financial services call center
  • Knowledge of credit card products, consumer lending, and digital banking operations (preferable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and curious approach to learning and process optimization
  • Assertive and empathetic when handling sensitive customer cases or complaints
