• Perform all duties assigned to Level I Technicians, including user workstation support for desktops, laptops, 10Zig zero clients, and mobile thin clients.

Security Operations

• Align security processes, policies, and procedures with established security standards and operational goals

• Review vulnerability scan results to identify security risks and prioritize remediation efforts

IT Security Operations Analyst

Medical Billing and Coding

• Perform remote coding on all inpatient admissions and outpatient visits assigned by VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS).
• Provide all labor, equipment, and supplies for coding medical records from VA Portland HCS.
• Access VA Portland’s VistA/CPRS system to read and code medical records identified by Portland, and enter codes into the approved coding application.
• Perform the services following coding guidelines and appropriate references.
• Create reports, monitor coders, and make recommendations.
• Code all cases no later than 7 days after receipt (outpatient) or 7 days after discharge date (inpatient).
• Priority cases that are assigned will be required to be coded within one day of receipt.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2–3 accounting professionals, including workload distribution, performance management, and professional development.
• Review and approve team deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Process payroll using Paylocity and ensure accuracy of employee compensation and benefits data.
• Maintain and manage financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.

• Implement and support planning and visitor use surveys, mobility data collection, observational studies, and other data-gathering tools.
• Analyze visitors uses data, mobility patterns, demographic information, and visitor behavior to identify trends and outcomes.
• Prepare analytical summaries, datasets, charts, and written findings for planning teams.
• Gather and synthesize background materials related to visitor experience, recreation trends, site conditions, and planning needs.
• Support interdisciplinary project teams by providing analytical input and data interpretation.
• Support public engagement activities, including preparation of materials, logistics, and analysis of public comments or survey responses.
