Project Manager

• Lead overall contract performance and serve as the Contractor's primary Government liaison.

• Manage user accounts and provide day-to-day account administration support.

• Install and configure hardware, software, and workstation operating systems.
• Ensure systems remain current with approved configurations and security requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation peripherals and connected devices.
• Respond to requests for assistance received through the Service Desk by telephone, ServiceNow, and walk-in inquiries.
• Assess user issues through conversation, diagnostic techniques, and remote access tools.
• Assign appropriate priorities to support requests based on business impact and urgency.
• Dispatch or escalate complex incidents and service requests to Level II Technicians when necessary.

Service Desk Technician I

• Provide recreation project support with a focus on management of trail and trail bridge maintenance and construction projects and inspections thereof
• Conduct detailed site assessments as directed by engineering program including the development of potential courses of action
• Perform site surveys and assessments or assist with survey of projects as directed by COR
• Perform or direct surveys to establish baseline data necessary to initiate facility construction and repair projects
• Perform field surveys and investigations to determine existing conditions and recommend courses of action
• Develop contract documents for project work as directed by engineering program
• Prepare written statements of work, specifications, and estimates of contract cost for projects as directed by the COR
• Includes all aspects of contract preparation, including planning, fieldwork, scoping, and contract document preparation for projects of limited scope and complexity
• Perform reviews of contract documents prepared by others, to identify discrepancies, opportunities for value engineering, and other errors or deficiencies
• Inspect recreation projects, trails, trail bridges maintenance and construction contracts for conformance with plans, specifications, regulations, standards, codes, and schedules
• Document construction contract progress with photos and written descriptions of work
• Document and promptly inform COR of deficiencies and recommend corrective courses of action

Construction Inspector I – Recreation Program

System Administrator

• Perform all duties assigned to Level I Technicians, including user workstation support for desktops, laptops, 10Zig zero clients, and mobile thin clients.
• Manage user and system accounts across Microsoft Windows infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot workstations and servers operating in both physical and virtual environments.
• Install hardware, software, and system updates to support operational requirements.
• Configure Windows operating systems and maintain system settings in accordance with approved standards.
• Perform patch management activities to ensure systems remain current and secure.
• Assess and remediate vulnerabilities by identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Configure and troubleshoot workstation peripherals while providing technical support at remote locations as required.

Network Engineer

• Install and configure computer networks, network devices, and supporting systems to meet operational requirements
• Administer network resources and user access in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor computer networks and systems to identify performance trends, capacity issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot network and system issues to restore service and minimize operational disruptions
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, software, and network infrastructure problems

Security Operations

• Align security processes, policies, and procedures with established security standards and operational goals
• Collaborate with the Patch Management Team to support enterprise security and compliance initiatives
• Assess malware activity and evaluate potential impacts to systems, infrastructure, and operations
• Review vulnerability scan results to identify security risks and prioritize remediation efforts
• Analyze infrastructure configurations and security controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies and practices
• Manage the distribution and deployment of Microsoft operating system patches across the enterprise environment

IT Security Operations Analyst

Medical Billing and Coding

• Perform remote coding on all inpatient admissions and outpatient visits assigned by VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS).
• Provide all labor, equipment, and supplies for coding medical records from VA Portland HCS.
• Access VA Portland’s VistA/CPRS system to read and code medical records identified by Portland, and enter codes into the approved coding application.
• Perform the services following coding guidelines and appropriate references.
• Create reports, monitor coders, and make recommendations.
• Code all cases no later than 7 days after receipt (outpatient) or 7 days after discharge date (inpatient).
• Priority cases that are assigned will be required to be coded within one day of receipt.
