Adjunct Professor/Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead overall contract performance and serve as the Contractor's primary Government liaison.
- Meet regularly with the COR to discuss project status and contract performance.
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and milestone schedule.
- Coordinate instructor staffing, personnel updates, and resume submissions for task orders.
- Prepare progress and financial reports following each academic term.
- Monitor contract deliverables, schedules, risks, and corrective actions to ensure successful execution.
- Communicate project updates, staffing changes, and performance information with Government stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
- Master's degree in political science, history, public policy, law, organizational leadership, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience supporting contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Must have prior active duty or reserve service in the U.S. Marine Corps or U.S. Navy.
- Demonstrated experience managing Department of Defense programs and coordinating with senior Government leadership.
- Authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters and available during normal Government business hours.
