Key responsibilities & impact

Lead overall contract performance and serve as the Contractor's primary Government liaison.
Meet regularly with the COR to discuss project status and contract performance.
Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and milestone schedule.
Coordinate instructor staffing, personnel updates, and resume submissions for task orders.
Prepare progress and financial reports following each academic term.
Monitor contract deliverables, schedules, risks, and corrective actions to ensure successful execution.
Communicate project updates, staffing changes, and performance information with Government stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
Master's degree in political science, history, public policy, law, organizational leadership, management, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience supporting contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Must have prior active duty or reserve service in the U.S. Marine Corps or U.S. Navy.
Demonstrated experience managing Department of Defense programs and coordinating with senior Government leadership.
Authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters and available during normal Government business hours.
