About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all duties assigned to Level I Technicians, including user workstation support for desktops, laptops, 10Zig zero clients, and mobile thin clients.
- Manage user and system accounts across Microsoft Windows infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot workstations and servers operating in both physical and virtual environments.
- Install hardware, software, and system updates to support operational requirements.
- Configure Windows operating systems and maintain system settings in accordance with approved standards.
- Perform patch management activities to ensure systems remain current and secure.
- Assess and remediate vulnerabilities by identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstation peripherals while providing technical support at remote locations as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- A minimum of (5) years of IT experience
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications can be substituted for 2 years of IT work experience
