Serve as primary contact for Conifer Client Delivery to present client performance opportunities and action plans
Provide strategic leadership to regional client service leaders and integrate performance among operational units for assigned client locations
Ensure SLAs and performance expectations are met in collaboration with operations
Develop and lead national projects from idea stage to operational implementation
Act as liaison between operations and client; oversee client deliverables and coordinate remediation/issue resolution
Consult with stakeholders to identify performance issues and manage outcomes and mitigation plans
Monitor projects to ensure they meet process metrics and client satisfaction; report performance to client leadership
Provide business/industry insight and innovation to deliver value to internal and external customers
Coordinate change control notices, contract amendments, and client presentations as necessary
Supervise per company guidelines: interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, discipline, and problem resolution
Collaborate with on-site resources in service delivery and problem solving to maximize client satisfaction
Requirements
Demonstrated experience of the entire acute care hospital revenue cycle processes
8–10 years experience and excellent working knowledge of revenue cycle management
4 year college degree in business administration, finance, revenue cycle management or health administration or equivalent experience
Proven success in project management roles, including developing and implementing business initiatives and change management
Successful experience leading in a matrixed environment
Understanding of the market, trends, competition, and key pain points for hospital executives
Advanced knowledge of Revenue Cycle especially Mid-Revenue Cycle procedures and ability to provide subject matter expertise
Analytical ability to work in a data-heavy environment and identify trends
Intermediate MS Office required (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to act effectively in a consultant role and build trusting relationships with client executives
Ability to manage team of consultants and oversee client deliverables
Ability to develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies
Ability to strategize with leadership and deploy necessary resources
Some travel required (25%)

Benefits
Pay: $104,624.00 - $156,957.00 annually (base)
Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25%
Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses
