💰 $15,392 - $60,320 per year
About the role
- On-site management, coordination, coaching, and development of WLC staff.
- Ensure smooth logistical operations through vendor collaboration.
- Lead regular staff meetings and provide ongoing individual and team coaching.
- Oversee curriculum, session assignments, and program delivery.
- Manage administrative and logistical needs at the conference facility, including housing, meals, transportation, vendor contracts, and billing.
- Maintain the program budget.
- Coordinate audiovisual, lighting, staging, workshop materials, and props with team leaders.
- Serve as the primary contact for National FFA staff with weekly check-ins with the Program Specialist or Program Manager.
- Address member disciplinary concerns.
- Participate in three mandatory training weeks and be certified in First Aid/CPR.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to interact and work with a diverse group of internal and/or external members, teachers, state staff and National staff.
- Must be able to provide and receive feedback with a growth mindset and collaborative demeanor.
- Must be able to use Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, and Final Cut Pro programs.
- Must have personal access to, and be able to use, a computer or laptop.
- EDUCATION: High school diploma, some college.
- EXPERIENCE: At minimum, one year of experience as a National FFA conference facilitator.
- Certification: First Aid/CPR (required)
- Mandatory Training Dates attendance required: March 22-28, 2026; May 17-22, 2026; May 23-June 1, 2026.
- $826 for training weeks
- $1,160 for conference weeks
- $296 for cleanup
- Staff will be hired with the potential to facilitate up to five weeks
