Director

• Define and execute the global strategy for customer onboarding and initial product use, including ownership of P&L and financial performance of activation and professional services.
• Lead a team of Onboarding/Activation Specialists and standardize the onboarding methodology to reduce time-to-value (TTV), especially for enterprise clients.
• Serve as central point of contact for activation, ensuring smooth hand-offs from Sales and advocating for product improvements to enhance new user experience.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure activation success, use data and analytics to identify pain points, make process improvements, and report effectiveness to senior leadership.
