About the role
- Work on high-impact project delivery and support clients across industries, driving growth of IT Strategy offerings
- Use Gartner research and benchmarks to provide actionable insights and clear recommendations
- Play an active role in making client engagements successful using analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking and business management skills
- Work in complex environments to bring organizations into the digital era
- Work closely with Consulting leadership to deliver bespoke, viable solutions
- Travel to client sites and participate in in-person collaboration as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (ideally a Master's), preferably in business, management, computer science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Digital Business, IT Strategy / Operating Model or similar (ideally within the Consulting Industry)
- Profound organizational skills within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites and meetings as required
- Comfortable with hybrid work and in-person collaboration with clients and teams
- Self-starter with a quick-learning, no-limits mindset
- Passionate about technology and industry disruption
- High performing team player with intercultural communication and collaboration skills
