Technical Product Manager

• Own the Voice AI backend roadmap end-to-end
• Scope and prioritize features around STT, TTS, VAD, and LLM integrations
• Define requirements for programmable voice primitives (call control, media injection, partial ASR)
• Partner with engineering to deliver improvements in latency, reliability, and multi-engine support
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure performance and UX
• Act as the glue between product, engineering, and leadership; report into Product with high visibility

Senior Technical Product Manager, Voice AI

General Counsel

• Support a wide range of contract, compliance, and operational needs across the business.
• Develop, refine, and document legal processes, including subpoena responses, compliance protocols, and knowledge management.
• Evaluate and implement legal technology platforms - including AI-driven solutions—for contract review, workflow automation, and compliance monitoring.
• Work directly with teams across the company to remove legal blockers and keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and internal stakeholders, translating legal concepts into practical guidance.
• Support global initiatives with sensitivity to jurisdictional differences, often in partnership with outside counsel.
• Participate in investor, lender, customer, and vendor interactions, serving as a professional representative of Telnyx while protecting company interests.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel to craft compliance strategies and monitor evolving regulatory frameworks, with focus on AI and technology.
• Develop internal policies (e.g., retention, security, privacy) that reflect both legal obligations and business priorities.
