About the role
- Play a key role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on a major social media platform
- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions
- Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment
- Use attention to detail and social media familiarity to identify policy violations
Requirements
- C2 level of Norwegian and advanced English
- Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive
- Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus
- Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher)
