About the role
- Play a key role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users on a major social media platform.
- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions (removal, escalation, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.
- Participate in initial training and ongoing coaching.
Requirements
- C2 level of Dutch and advanced English.
- Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive.
- Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
- Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher).
