Drive audience growth and engagement across both brands (followers, views, reach, engagement).
Create engaging content, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and digital platforms.
Plan scripts and shot lists; collaborate with the AU team; design graphics and edit raw footage into high-quality short- and long-form videos with hooks, captions/subtitles, and on-brand visuals.
Manage the content calendar, including posts, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, decks, landing pages, and EDM copy; build Case Studies.
Maintain and update websites with light SEO optimisation (titles, thumbnails, UTMs).
Build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards; deliver weekly performance insights.
Work closely with SDRs to coordinate sends, handoffs, and effective content utilisation.
Deliver efficient marketing operations, reporting, and analytics; support sales enablement and demand generation.
Requirements
Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy across channels.
Strong graphic design skills: expertise in Canva (preferred) and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics (Google Analytics/LinkedIn), and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
