About the role
- Create engaging short clips from podcast, retreat, and event footage for reels, shorts, and blogs.
- Repurpose content using AI tools such as Opus Clip and ChatGPT to create blog posts, captions, and email content.
- Create, proofread, and edit new and existing content based on input provided.
- Create transcripts from audio and video content for use in blog and social media posts.
- Manage all social media platforms including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement with a focus on growing reach and consistency.
- Post and optimize blog and website content for SEO.
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns.
- Design marketing materials, graphics, brochures, and promotional content in Canva.
- Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent publishing and campaign coordination.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align all digital efforts with the brand’s mission and message.
- Assist leadership with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, editing, and social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional English fluency.
- Proficiency in key tools such as ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Canva, Go High Level, WordPress, and Google Suite.
- Basic video editing skills for repurposing long form content into shorts and reels.
- Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and basic SEO principles.
- Tech savvy and efficient with AI driven workflows.
- Ability to deeply understand the client’s brand, tone, and message oriented mission.
- Creative, detail oriented, and highly organized.
