About the role
- Design eye-catching graphics, webpages, and digital experiences aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Create and edit videos for social media, web, and digital ads using modern video tools.
- Leverage AI platforms to enhance design quality, speed up workflows, and explore new creative approaches.
- Build and optimize landing pages or funnels using tools like HighLevel, Webflow, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling creative executions.
- Experiment with new design technologies and share insights to improve team efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or brand education — ideally in a D2C or consumer goods environment.
- Strong grasp of Meta & Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics tools, and email automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify scientific or technical topics into relatable content.
- A data-informed mindset paired with creativity and empathy for the audience.
