Client is an innovative PropTech SaaS platform transforming real estate marketing, helping agents, agencies, and franchises save time and grow their business with automated campaigns, AI-powered content creation, and seamless CRM integrations.
Account Manager responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise and high-value real estate clients; serve as trusted advisor to help clients achieve measurable results and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
Responsibilities include owning a portfolio of high-value clients, onboarding/adoption/account strategy, delivering strategic recommendations to optimise campaign performance and ROI, partnering with Product/Marketing/Support, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, providing reporting and insights, and leading quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows (experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRMs is a plus).
Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
