Systems Engineer

• Work with subject matter experts and instructors to design and develop lesson plans, student guides, quizzes, and other elements of scenario-based and performance-based instructor-led and web-based training under the guidance of a Sr. ISD.
• Demonstrate knowledge of law enforcement and leadership training principles and assist the Senior ISD in fostering design innovation in training these areas.
• Update and maintain course content for instructor-led and web-based courses.
• Collaborate with an instructional design team (instructional designers, graphic artists, SMEs, instructors) and project and program managers to design responsive training and/or performance support solutions and schedules.
• Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation to determine how to accomplish tasks.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

Instructional Systems Designer

• Follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process.
• Follow the ADDIE model to design a course or curriculum, analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, select delivery systems and develop effective learning strategies.
• Conduct level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations.
• Help ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items.
• Participate in the curriculum/test validation process.
• Act as the Program Manager for the contract, guiding staff, tracking timelines and deliverables, and communicating regularly and effectively with the government client.
• Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication among all staff supporting this work.

Senior Instructional Systems Designer, PM

Analyst

• Administrative Task Support/Analyst supporting a government law enforcement agency.
• Perform administrative and clerical work in support of training programs.
• Update and maintain course content for instructor-led and web-based courses.
• Provide counsel or suggestions to increase performance efficiency and streamline training processes.
• Provide support to law enforcement related training development.
• Position requires background investigation and/or obtaining a security clearance.
• Full time and remote.

Administrative Support / Analyst

Content Marketing Manager

• Develop eLearning synchronous and asynchronous content for distance-delivery
• Use strategic and intentional design, writing, optimization and publishing from customer-established requirements, goals, and content.
• Program Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-conformant asynchronous eLearning courses using a variety of applications.
• Support deployment of courses on Moodle Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard Learn and/or a similar system
• Use software applications such as JAWS or JAWS Inspect to ensure that content being developed is screen reader accessible.
• Use software applications such as ANDI or comparable software and other mediums of content delivery, such as PowerPoint, audio, flash cards, slick sheets, pamphlets, or standard operating procedures.
• Utilize ADDIE in all course development projects
• Lead the development of the related course and supporting materials (training syllabi, storyboards, modules, course content, content presentation, graphics, depictions, images, videos, narratives/scripts, case studies, exercises, knowledge checks, quizzes, user experience, skills verification)
