About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary interface for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and government stakeholders, ensuring contract deliverables exceed quality, timeline, and budgetary standards.
- Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to a diverse team of project managers, developers, instructional designers, instructors, and training assistants.
- Lead strategic planning and monitor compliance with federal standards, including Section 508 accessibility, security protocols, and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate resource allocation, project plans, risk mitigation, and financial modeling to ensure programmatic success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience (federal government contracting environment highly preferred)
- Mastery of modern project management systems (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a standard federal background investigation/suitability determination.
