Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members
Source passive candidates via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards and CRMs
Screen, interview, manage offer process and onboarding for internal and external talent across functional areas
Develop and communicate high level sourcing strategies using market intelligence and sourcing reports
Provide consulting to business on search strategies and participate in staffing initiative project teams
Utilize reporting KPIs, metrics and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and a swift hiring process
Actively promote global talent attraction, diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practices
Support Global TA initiatives and attend career events and conferences as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education
Proven capability to build quickly and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Successful track record in managing multiple complex recruitment processes in a matrix organization
Proven track record recruiting in an industrial environment or within a matrixed global corporation
Successful track record in working with senior stakeholders on key hires
Experience creating an effective recruitment strategy including sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, LinkedIn, and job postings
Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and communicate effectively to attract top talent
Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally with SuccessFactors) and social recruiting tools
Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practice
Experience with dashboards, metrics, KPIs and using data to drive recruitment strategies
Familiarity with emerging talent acquisition technologies (e.g. AI-powered) is an advantage
Proficiency in German and English (other languages nice to have)
