About the role

  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, educating them on market trends, talent pools, and sourcing strategies to make informed hiring decisions
  • Develop and deploy innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche roles
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from initial requisition intake/briefing through sourcing and assessing candidates to pre-employment screening
  • Leverage data to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment efforts, ensuring a metrics-driven approach that contributes to strategic hiring goals
  • Maintain clean and organized data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment systems, ensuring accurate records and enabling data-driven insights
  • Ensure effective and proactive stakeholder communication, managing expectations and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with team members on requisitions and team initiatives, driving best practices and consistency across the recruitment process
  • Create compelling job descriptions and specific role requirements, fostering alignment with business needs
  • Champion employer branding efforts by leading impactful recruitment campaigns that highlight our company's mission, culture, and values. Actively represent the company to build a strong professional network, ensuring that recruitment initiatives attract the right talent with the quality and speed necessary to meet business needs
  • Establish long-term relationships with candidates, build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, continuously evolving hiring strategies to align with market demands
  • Counsel candidates on salary expectations, company culture, benefits, and work environment, providing a realistic and positive candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Significant experience recruiting internationally with a focus on hard-to-fill roles, demonstrated resilience, and a proactive approach to overcoming hiring challenges
  • Expertise in building and maintaining diverse talent pools through ATS, social media, and networking channels
  • Proven ability to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to hiring managers, enhancing decision-making and hiring outcomes
