About the role
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn - Recruiter, GitHub, and tech communities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Schedule and manage complex interview calendars, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to the development and automation of recruitment processes to support scale-up growth
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Recruitment Experience (proven track record of recruiting not only technical talent)
- Headhunting expertise and exceptional sourcing skills
- Proficiency with sourcing channels including LinkedIn - Recruiter, GitHub, and tech communities
- Scale-Up/Startup experience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Technical acumen: understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Be based in Prague (CZ) and have communicative Czech
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (we use Lever)
- Results-oriented mindset, proactive and problem-solving attitude
