About the role

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn - Recruiter, GitHub, and tech communities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Schedule and manage complex interview calendars, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to the development and automation of recruitment processes to support scale-up growth

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Recruitment Experience (proven track record of recruiting not only technical talent)
  • Headhunting expertise and exceptional sourcing skills
  • Proficiency with sourcing channels including LinkedIn - Recruiter, GitHub, and tech communities
  • Scale-Up/Startup experience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Technical acumen: understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Be based in Prague (CZ) and have communicative Czech
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (we use Lever)
  • Results-oriented mindset, proactive and problem-solving attitude
