Charlotte Tilbury Beauty: global beauty brand founded in 2013, operating across 50+ markets and scaling rapidly
Responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns for new product launches across Southern Europe to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty
Drive trade execution of the marketing calendar and create/source all marketing support per Global Marketing direction
Build collaborative relationships with Global Marketing, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external suppliers and retail partners
Drive local eventing including coordination of Masterclasses and support store/market launches across the region
Develop, implement and measure promotional campaigns, special events and tactical opportunities; prepare reports and share results
Manage budgets and timely/accurate raising of Purchase Orders to deliver activity within agreed budgets
Provide creative and administrative support to the marketing department and act as point of contact for marketing queries
Prepare marketing communications, weekly updates and Launch Activation Packs for head office and field teams
Requirements
You have some experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator or Executive position, within Beauty or Fashion
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner, ruthlessly prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders with ease
Confidence to work well on your own as well as part of a team; strong collaborator
Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment
Flexible and professional attitude, hungry to learn and welcome challenge
Excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view
Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills with great attention to detail and results-driven
Excellent English written and verbal skills
