About the role
- Supporting end-to-end campaign delivery with ownership of setting up, optimising and reporting with a focus on Paid Search
- Contributing to shaping and executing our growth strategy across key business areas, helping identify new opportunities and scaling what works
- Supporting in developing testing strategies around account structure, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps
- Collaborating with our Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Creative Studio teams to deliver high-performing creative, grounded in data and user insight
- Ensuring all creative assets follow best practice and comply with financial regulation requirements
- Providing competitor focused insights including Auction Insights and changes to landing pages, messaging and propositions
- Staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends, sharing learnings across the wider Growth Marketing team
Requirements
- experience running successful Paid Search acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing business (financial services experience is a plus)
