About the role

  • Reaching out to new partners for a range of insurance products.
  • Working with the existing members of the affiliate team to formulate strategies for growth.
  • Ensuring all campaigns deliver against our targeted budgets, taking into consideration revenue, spend and ROI
  • Working with other teams within the Marketing department to come up with new and creative ways of improving performance. This includes landing pages, messaging, and ways to help our customers.
  • Assisting with invoice processing and monthly spend reports.
  • Updating monthly performance data for our affiliate partners.
  • Using data to identify new and existing opportunities to drive increased levels of profit and revenue for the business.
  • Optimising existing partnerships with A/B testing of offers, copy and creative as well as reporting on their performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience on affiliate marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical background with the ability to manipulate data into actionable insights, as well as a solid understanding of budgets and ROI
  • Confidence in speaking to agencies and partners in a range of activities including product updates, account changes and negotiations
  • Techniques on how to approach new partners and work within a set budget to get maximum return on investment
  • Proactive attitude with lots of enthusiasm, personality and commitment
  • A strong and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously
  • A genuine team player with an ability to build relationships within all levels of the business
  • Good judgement and problem solving skills
  • Someone who strives for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of other areas of marketing such as PPC, SEO or Email
