About the role
- participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
- searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
- conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German languages
- updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website
- placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
- drawing up reports at regular intervals
- you will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
- experience in leading a team is an advantage
- proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in the Czech Republic
- active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals, ...
- participation in career events
Requirements
- experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
- education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
- established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
- Czech/Slovak - native, English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage
- Independence
