About the role
- Provide day-to-day team leadership, coaching and work direction to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Deliver services/solutions in accordance with established service levels, quality standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
- Recruit top talent, set goals, develop colleagues, manage employee performance and compensation decisions
- Oversee complex or diverse operations impacting a significant part of the organization
- Plan, organize and coordinate activities for own area and resolve operational issues
- Handle escalations for customers/business partners/external partners and resolve complex customer issues
- Identify and guide remediation of reportable incidents/issues based on risk management framework
- Engage internal partners to develop working relationships and deliver optimal customer service and solutions
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance to internal/external requirements, perform quality checks and validation of team members' work
- Analyze service delivery issues, conduct research, contribute to audit reviews, run testing and generate reports
- Participate in change management projects and act as a key change agent for a defined area

Requirements
- High School diploma; Undergraduate degree preferred
- 5+ years experience
- Wire transfer background experience preferred
- Banking experience preferred
- Strong people management experience preferred
- Must live a commutable distance from Mt Laurel, NJ; Greenville, SC; or Jacksonville, FL
- Schedule: M-F; 9 am - 6 pm; Hours: 40
