Translate marketing briefs into structured campaign plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and owners
Manage end-to-end campaign calendars, ensuring deadlines are met and dependencies tracked
Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners
Facilitate campaign status meetings, provide progress updates and surface risks or blockers
Oversee campaign set-up across channels (email, direct mail, digital, in-branch) in partnership with channel leads
Ensure compliance and legal reviews are completed on schedule
Monitor deliverable quality and campaign readiness before launch
Maintain campaign dashboards and trackers to provide visibility into timelines and progress
Partner with analytics to capture campaign performance insights and share back with stakeholders
Identify process efficiencies to streamline campaign execution and recommend improvements
Manage multiple marketing projects/programs/initiatives of moderate scope and complexity
Lead cross-functional teams or projects and independently manage end-to-end functional programs
Manage project budgets, billing, forecasting and resource allocation
Develop creative briefs, conduct agency/supplier briefings and present creative to internal clients
Capture and share lessons learned from projects to be incorporated in future initiatives
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
7+ years relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets
Advanced knowledge of customer and brand research techniques and ability to develop analyses and insights
Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
Ability to manage a budget
Skill in mentoring, coaching and performance management
Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities
Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred: In lieu of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, TD will consider those with a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
Preferred: Experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC), including journey building, workflow automation, and lead nurturing programs
Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or project management
Preferred: Proficiency in project management or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, JIRA, or similar)
