About the role
- Build and scale marketing outbound email engine end-to-end to generate qualified pipeline, including designing and executing outbound email campaigns
- Measure and analyze outbound email campaign performance, turn results into actionable insights, and run structured A/B tests to optimize messaging and tactics
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, metrics, campaign approaches, handoffs and processes
- Continuously gather customer learnings and translate insights into sharper campaign strategy and execution
- Leverage an AI-first GTM tech stack (automation, personalization, intent tools) including Clay, Unify GTM, Hubspot, 6sense to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and execute multi-channel Account-based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts
- Report to the Upmarket Growth Lead and operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the NYC office (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound email marketing role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven track record designing and executing marketing outbound email campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Excellent email copywriting skills with the ability to craft persona- and funnel stage-specific messages that drive engagement and conversion
- Proficiency in advanced customer segmentation and personalization, including the use of intent signals
- Comfortable pulling data and translating performance metrics into actionable insights and strategic adjustments
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated ABM campaigns that orchestrate multi-channel outreach in close partnership with Sales
- Must be commutable to GlossGenius's NYC headquarters (hybrid: 2 days per week in office)
