Graphics Designer

• Lead creative projects across brand marketing, web, performance, event design, art direction of photography and illustration, and video
• Create and evolve brand and visual identity systems that are scalable and impactful
• Translate concepts into high-quality visual assets for both digital and physical touchpoints
• Design with motion and video principles in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand marketing, performance marketing, product, events) to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative

Visual Design Lead

Onboarding Specialist

• Partner closely with Account Executives to onboard high-revenue prospective and newly closed accounts, ensuring a seamless handoff from Sales to Onboarding
• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, guiding customers through key milestones including:
• Data transfer and migration
• Payments and financial setup
• Website and online booking configuration
• Team member onboarding and permissions
• Enablement of advanced product features
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, proactively managing timelines, expectations, and risks
• Conduct onboarding calls, working sessions, and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs and business complexity
• Identify blockers or technical challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure customers are fully activated and confident using the platform by the end of the onboarding period
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes in CRM and onboarding tools to track progress and outcomes
• Share customer feedback and onboarding insights with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to continuously improve onboarding processes

Product Designer

• Own the entire design process, from strategy to execution, of your product area
• Work on the user experience across Core product features within the GlossGenius app
• Own the end-to-end process for solving UX/UI design problems: ideate, conceptualize, test, and refine
• Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
• Lead user interviews to better understand customer needs to help inform the product design strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software and QA engineers, customer success managers, and marketers to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for GlossGenius' customers
• Deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry by understanding GlossGenius’s strategic and competitive position
• Take initiative in thinking of new ways our users can interact with GlossGenius

Staff Product Designer

Engineering Manager

• Lead and develop a team of senior and staff engineers, understanding their skills and fostering their professional growth to achieve daily tasks and long-term career goals.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define the long-term technical and product strategy and the necessary steps for its realization.
• Prioritize, plan, and ensure team and cross-functional alignment to execute key initiatives and achieve business results.
• Establish and implement effective engineering processes focused on quality and progress in key product initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiting to build and retain a high-performing engineering team by attracting top talent.
