Deliver legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments
Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalate to management as necessary
Engage in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately
Educate customers on self-service/digital options and conduct needs-based conversations offering financial & digital solutions or referring to partners
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act
Verify customers' identities by following customer authentication policies & procedures
Balance cash drawers, ATMs and Teller Cash Dispensers/Recycler as necessary
Adhere to safe deposit box procedures and maintain secure handling of confidential customer information
Follow dual control, security and audit measures and utilize bank tools to detect and prevent fraud
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
6 months work related experience preferred (or equivalent via volunteering, education, military experience)
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Ability to work during operating hours including weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled
Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
Expected to complete all required in-classroom training and on-line training by established due dates
