5-7 Years of related experience
Demonstrated leadership in due diligence and structuring around complex bank financings
Ability to interact and negotiate with senior finance professionals
Experience overseeing research and analysis of clients’ financial performance
Strong modeling skills to construct detailed capital structures and financial covenants
Knowledge of trends in industry groups, credit and risk management
Experience preparing and recommending high quality credit submissions
Experience mentoring junior professionals and managing relationships with legal and financial institutions
