About the role
- Maintain, enhance and develop reporting processes, control frameworks, and systems for Liquidity Risk
- Provide leadership, direction and quality assurance for liquidity reporting and investor/regulatory requests
- Develop liquidity methodology, assumptions, processes and systems to support Liquidity Risk
- Lead and provide analytical support on projects and ongoing initiatives
- Implement efficient collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring
- Add and make changes to technology base, ensuring orderly implementation with minimal client disruption
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, productivity software and hardware
- Support ongoing reviews with 1B, 2nd line and 3rd line functions
- Interact with internal and external partners to gain cooperation and provide subject matter expertise
- Conduct internal and external research; prepare presentations and communications to management
- Contribute to operational activities, maintain confidentiality and escalate high-risk issues as appropriate
- Coach, train and share knowledge with team members; support a positive, inclusive team environment
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience
- In-depth knowledge/expertise in Treasury/Liquidity Risk and related areas
- Experience maintaining, enhancing and developing reporting processes, control frameworks and/or systems
- Experience providing leadership, direction and quality assurance for liquidity reporting and investor/regulatory requests
- Experience developing liquidity methodology, assumptions, processes and systems
- Ability to develop, document and maintain applications
- Experience implementing collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring
- Ability to add/make changes to technology base and ensure orderly implementation with minimal client service disruption
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems relating to operating systems, productivity software packages and hardware
- Experience interacting with internal and external partners and building stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading projects of moderate to complex risk and resource requirements
- Knowledge of emerging regulatory requirements and risk management/control practices
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to conduct research and prepare communications
