About the role
- Lead, manage and develop medical affairs accounts; maintain client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction and financial performance; deliver operational efficiency; support new business development targets
- Lead as account lead; manage resources and deliver high business standards
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of Healthcare Communications experience with the pharmaceutical industry knowledge and a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
- Understanding of internal and client processes; ability to apply experience and best practices across accounts
- Comfortable with budgets and project financial management
- Strong collaboration and teamwork; ability to work strategically with sound judgement
