About the role
- Division Finance Manager (DFM) supporting Midwest-based operating group Team Fusion (preferably Chicago or Minneapolis)
- Partner with Divisional operations leaders (DVPs) of a $1B+ business (~6,000 teammates)
- Act as highest-level finance leader within assigned division(s) and strategic advisor to Division Vice Presidents
- Financial management: monthly financial/operations reviews, budgeting, joint venture reporting, special projects
- Growth management: new clinic models, growth strategy sessions, 3-year forecasting
- Leadership: interpret data, develop solutions, drive accountability, coach non-finance teammates
- Expected to operationalize insights, support operating clinics (~50 clinics and $200M revenue typical)
Requirements
- Strong alignment with our Mission and Values
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Demonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadership (preferred)
- Healthcare industry background a plus (preferred)
- Proficiency in finance/accounting systems like Essbase (preferred)
- Leadership, strong analytical and financial background, ownership mindset
- Ability to coach non-finance teammates on Excel tools and manage a P&L
