The U.S. Corporate Sponsorship team oversees a diverse portfolio of partnerships across key U.S. markets.\n
We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy, execution-focused marketing professional to join our team as an Associate Sponsorship Manager.\n
You’ll manage partner deliverables, integrate with digital tools, support hospitality and ticketing, and track performance across assets and activations.\n
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves a good checklist.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required\n
5+ years relevant experience\n
Proficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets\n
Proficient knowledge of customer and brand research techniques and ability to develop analyses and insights that will drive customer strategy formation and business decisions\n
Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends\n
Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations\n
Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget\n
Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives\n
Skill in mentoring, coaching\n
Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions\n
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form\n
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships\n
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques\n
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office\n
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines\n
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently\n
