About the role

  • Resolution of end-user issues timely with minimal escalations
  • Completion of ERP compliance and audit activities as per pre-defined timelines
  • Accuracy and timeliness of HR Monthly Reports and other related trackers
  • Help manage the regulation process ensuring 100% compliance to the company policies & procedures and the Philippine Labor Code
  • Be the first line support for HRBP administrative requirements
  • Help answer questions, research and resolve HR issues and ensure appropriate documentation is completed
  • Promote and manage local implementation of corporate HR initiatives
  • Oversee and/or support employee engagement activities by the company
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Law or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years HR administrative experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and local regulations.
  • Experience with ERP compliance and audit activities.
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely HR monthly reports and trackers.
  • Ability to resolve end-user HR issues with minimal escalations.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and attend onsite activities (e.g., DOLE hearings) in Cebu.
