Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors within the IT Services department.
Focus on optimizing, supporting, and expanding the Performance & Goals module.
Lead the implementation of the Onboarding 2.0 module from the ground up.
Ensure system integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering technology solutions that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.
Act as 2nd line support for Senior HRIS Analyst or HRIS Analysts for more complex queries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations within SuccessFactors.
Perform system administration tasks, including system configurations, security administration, and user management.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including workbooks, integration specifications, application catalogs, and help articles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions.
Manage System upgrades and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst, with a focus on SuccessFactors and its Performance & Goals module.
Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience leading complex, large-scale data migrations with a strong focus on data validation, accuracy, and system integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify system issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to provide end-user training and support.
Certification in SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding 2.0, is highly desirable.
Experience working within SCRUM or Agile delivery frameworks and managing deliverables through JIRA is desirable.
