About the role Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating staffing needs. Utilize recruitment platforms and networking strategies to find and engage top talent. Maintain an active presence in professional groups and industry networks to build a talent pipeline. Send timely recruitment updates and follow-ups via phone and email. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Administer pre-employment drug tests and background checks for all employees. Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire paperwork for incoming employees. Ensure all employee records are accurate and complete, seeking clarification when needed. Provide a seamless onboarding experience with a focus on exceptional communication and candidate experience. Serve as a point of contact for routine employee and applicant inquiries. Foster a positive candidate and employee experience through clear and professional communication. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. 1–2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines. High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
