About the role

  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers
  • Ensure regional consistency in HR practices
  • Collaborate with Global Head of HR and local leadership for performance management cycles
  • Guide HR teams in developing and retaining high-potential employees

  • Oversee corporate HR programs at the regional level

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance standards across multiple geographies, especially in the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in high-growth companies.
  • Background working in fast-paced, international, and matrixed organizations.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
