About the role
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers
- Ensure regional consistency in HR practices
- Collaborate with Global Head of HR and local leadership for performance management cycles
- Guide HR teams in developing and retaining high-potential employees
- Partner with L&D for leadership and capability development initiatives
- Oversee corporate HR programs at the regional level
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance standards across multiple geographies, especially in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in high-growth companies.
- Background working in fast-paced, international, and matrixed organizations.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
