• Provide thought leadership in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies
• Scope, analyze, design, and evaluate learning programs with emphasis on scoping, analysis, design, and evaluation
• Collaborate across functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives
• Keep track and report results of learning initiatives up to 90 days after implementation
• Conduct robust learning needs analysis: audience, context, content, and available performance analysis
• Gather data for analyses by working together with project members and other connected departments
• Determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants and identify training objectives and performance targets
• Define instructional design strategy and evaluation strategy of the learning program
• Evaluate content developed by the team and ensure objectives target learning needs
• Post implementation, gather relevant data to evaluate effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s model
• Create, track, and maintain project plans; manage projects by working closely with SMEs and project team members
• Provide instructional design services for Implementations, Project Management, Client Services, Consultancy, Product-Specifics Training, Operations Management, Quality, Organizational Development, and other support functions
• Collaborate with Multimedia, Content, and LMS Administration work streams to design, develop and implement self-paced and instructor-led training programs
• Scope/outlining training content and build training curriculum/lesson plans
• Write storyboards/scripts and design facilitator and participant guides for brick-and-mortar or virtual classrooms
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (T3)/Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and provide feedback
• Create knowledge and skills assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness; conduct post mortem reviews and suggest improvements
• Develop advanced instructional media (guided simulations, interactive lessons, motion graphics, game-based courses) and utilize graphics, video, and authoring software
• Apply visual design principles, drive online learning adoption, and continuously update instructional design skills
• Lead small projects by initiating meetings, communicating risks and following up on deadlines
