Consultant

• Provide instructional design services for Implementations, Project Management, Client Services, Consultancy, Product-Specifics Training (PST), Operations Management, Quality, Organizational Development, and other support functions
• Collaborate with Multimedia, Content, LMS Administration, and PST teams to design, develop and implement self-paced and instructor-led training programs
• Analyze learning needs through audience, context, content, and performance analyses and gather data with project members and connected departments
• Determine required skills and competency levels by collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders
• Identify training objectives, performance targets, and define instructional design strategy
• Scope and outline training content, duration, and method; build curriculum and lesson plans
• Write storyboards/scripts for eLearning and scripts for video/dialogue narration
• Design facilitator and participant guides for brick-and-mortar and virtual classrooms
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (T3)/Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and provide feedback to participants
• Create knowledge and skills assessments and evaluate learning effectiveness using relevant data
• Conduct post-mortem reviews with project teams and recommend improvements to sustain performance
• Discover and implement techniques to drive online learning adoption and continuously improve instructional design skills
• Lead small projects by initiating meetings, communicating risks, and following up on deadlines
