About the role

  • - Create engaging eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning content focused on product knowledge, policies/procedures, and customer service excellence - Work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, learner-friendly instructional materials - Develop online competency-based assessments to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness - Partner with product teams to deliver timely and relevant training for new features, tools, and systems - Regularly update training materials to ensure alignment with operational needs and business changes - Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, gather feedback, and refine content to improve learner engagement and retention - Create SCORM-compliant materials compatible with Learning Management Systems - Continuously enhance instructional materials, design skills, and apply best practices to ensure effectiveness and relevance - Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the success of training initiatives

Requirements

  • - Associate’s degree (Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field is a plus) - 2–4 years of related experience in training development, instructional design, or a similar field - Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM familiarity is a plus - Strong project management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
