About the role
- Design visual communications for C-suite presentations, board meetings, and external marketing initiatives
- Set the templates by developing brand collateral for global conferences, executive summits, and high-stakes client presentations
- Develop visual identities and updates for website refreshes
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with corporate strategy and brand positioning
- Work with leadership to develop conceptual ideas from initial brief through final execution, ensuring creative meets business objectives
- Present creative concepts and rationale to executive stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity
- Establish and maintain elevated design standards that reflect the premium positioning of the global brand
- Develop innovative creative approaches that differentiate the brand in competitive global markets
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure cultural sensitivity and market relevance across diverse geographic regions
- Monitor global design trends and competitive landscape to inform creative strategy and maintain market leadership
- Evolve brand visual language to stay current while preserving core brand equity and recognition
- Partner with marketing, creative and communications teams to develop creative material
- Mentor junior creative team members and provide guidance on design excellence and brand standards
- Execute sophisticated design work using advanced features in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Utilize Figma for collaborative design processes, prototyping, and stakeholder review workflows
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Oversee production processes including print specifications, digital optimization, and multimedia integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with at least 1 years working in advanced creative roles
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-level communications and premium brand materials
- Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated B2B design sensibility, conceptual thinking, and brand consistency
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
- Experience with presentation software including PowerPoint and Keynote for executive-level communications
- Knowledge of event/print production processes, digital optimization, and multimedia integration
