About the role
- Own account-level growth targets, including revenue, margin, and client satisfaction
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve year-over-year growth
- Lead and coach teams to uncover opportunities, deliver proposals, and win new engagements
- Leverage partnerships and internal capabilities to position Valtech as a strategic advisor
- Shape account growth plays and identify new value streams across digital, tech, and advisory services
- Guide high-quality proposals and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver winning pitches
- Serve as a senior point of escalation to resolve delivery or client concerns
- Support successful outcomes across delivery teams while promoting client health and employee satisfaction
- Lead executive-level client meetings, visioning sessions, and strategic briefings
- Manage account-level P&L with attention to gross margin, forecasting, and investment strategy
- Negotiate long-term agreements in collaboration with legal, delivery, and procurement teams
- Ensure resource planning, invoicing, and rate management align with account and client expectations
- Act as a servant leader—advocating for team development, morale, and growth
- Align team activities to individual career goals and organizational development pathways
- Provide mentorship and succession planning support for consultants and account leads
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting services with demonstrated account and revenue ownership
- 7+ years managing a portfolio or team in a client-facing environment
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting across verticals
- Familiarity with modern enterprise technology, CRM, cloud, and marketing platforms
- High emotional intelligence and strategic thinking with an informed industry perspective
- Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
