About the role

  • Greet customers at the cash wrap with a smile, offer name, and provide friendly efficient interactions.
  • Operate POS accurately, perform email/name capture where permitted, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards.
  • Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness and cash/POS media accuracy in compliance with Coach policy.
  • Receive shipments and transfers, scan cartons, verify store information, communicate discrepancies to Store Management.
  • Process shipments/transfers per Coach standards; organize and clean stock room; manage stock levels and product ownership.
  • Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts as scheduled.
  • Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs, replenish assigned zone, react to sell-through and execute visual merchandising.
  • Communicate product information (price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability) to customers and team.
  • Support sales floor activities, uphold housekeeping and Company Loss Prevention standards.

Requirements

  • 1- 3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
  • Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand/read price and product release sheets.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team.
  • Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays.
