About the role
- Greet customers at cash wrap, operate POS, perform email/name capture, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards.
- Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and cash/POS accuracy in compliance with Coach policy.
- Receive shipments and transfers; scan cartons, verify store information, communicate discrepancies, and process according to standards.
- Organize and clean stockroom; manage stock levels and shift product in response to sell-through.
- Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor, execute visual merchandising, support sales floor activities, and communicate product information to customers.
- Uphold Company Loss Prevention standards and represent the Coach brand appropriately.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer skills (including ability to use iPad/laptop and Internet).
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand/read price and product release sheets.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays (including high retail traffic days).
